For the sake of those who just joined us, Dave is making reference to my comments at the Gen Y conference about how I find it weird to read personal comments on blogs. I expected, when I switched to using a blog that allowed comments, that the statements would be debate/discussion about the topic, not the kinds of chit-chat you'd expect in an email. But, that just shows how Gen X I really am! Mr Miers, you are a cheeky man.
