Bio
Jodie is the Director of Camping at Anglican Youthworks.
He is married to Mandy, has four young kids, and when he’s not playing with gadgets you can find him strumming his guitar, reading, playing with his kids and his dog, or coming up with new ideas. He is passionate about helping people run ‘Dual Action’ ministries that integrate mission and nurture by incorporating believers and unbelievers within all aspects of the program.

Employment History
During my university days I had a part time job doing computer data entry. This was followed by a stint as a Taxi Driver, two nights a week (first with RSL Cabs, then Taxis Combined, then finally with Manly Cabs). Then, I began working at Explore Holidays as a reservations consultant for two days a week, until I finished uni. After graduating from my Arts Degree I joined Explore Holidays (1993) as wholesale product coordinator, which also saw me doing desktop publishing and graphic design, plus management of IT. From there I was appointed Reservations Manager, responsible for a team of around forty consultants.
From there (1995) I began a two-year MTS apprenticeship with Christ Church St Ives (Anglican) as evening service coordinator and assistant youth minister. During this time I remained one day per week as IT and communications consultant with Explore Holidays, responsible for designing and maintaining their website, IT support, and design and implementation of the new Reservations phone system.
Then whilst I studied at Moore College, I was Student Minister at St Aidan’s Hurstville Grove (1997-8) and St Mark’s Darling Point (1999-2000).
I then became the Assistant Minister and Youth Pastor at St Philip’s Anglican Church, South Turramurra (2001-2)
Since 2002 I have worked at Anglican Youthworks, initially as youth ministry trainer and lecturer at Youthworks College, and then as Director of the Anglican Youthworks Year 13 Gospel Gap Year.
I am currently Director of Camping, Anglican Youthworks.
I attend Sylvania Anglican Church with my family, where I am the Honorary Assistant Minister.
